Standard Option

 EHMS is supplied as a Standard Option for all of our clients engaged in Regulation. The Standard Option provides users with:
  • An Integrated Knowledge Base
  • The option to select modules to fit your service profile and requirements
  • A customisable interface to integrate local information within each procedure
  • An online facility to store local policies and information so that it is accessible to staff wherever they are working
  • An online facility to store statutory notices so that they are accessible to staff if they are working away from the office
  • A fully searchable database of national policy and guidance
  • UK Legislation database
  • A Management module
  • The option to add British Standards (subject to an additional fee)
  • The facility to request additional procedures and standard documents at no extra cost (conditions apply).
Support Services
RHE is staffed by experienced professionals in Regulation and our Associate Network includes experts in Law and all areas of Regulation. The support services we provide will help implement EHMS and assist our clients improve the efficiency, consistency and competence of the services they deliver.
Option Features

Introductory Training

 ½ day sessions for staff to aid navigation and use of EHMS. Clients who have used this service have found this really useful as it:
  • Aids adoption and use of the system
  • Gives staff confidence in using the system and its content

The sessions are delivered with a training plan by Professional Trainers and EHMS team members, and CPD certificates are issued.

1-2-1 Support

 A cost efficient package of support from an experienced RHE Consultant to work with your team to customise key procedures of your choosing and identify, develop and insert local information for each procedure. This support has proven very helpful to:
  • Aid rapid implementation of EHMS
  • Assist with the alignment/integration of EHMS to your back office systems and vice versa
  • Identify whether you require additional EHMS content (free)
  • Free up officer time to focus on day-to-day tasks while EHMS is implemented.

Business Review and Service Improvement

 A package of support from experienced RHE Consultants including those with Management Accountancy expertise and Regulatory Services Management, who will undertake service or process reviews to advise on:
  • Achieving cost savings
  • Financial benchmarking
  • Business case development for service collaboration and shared services initiatives
  • Examining the business case for mobile working solutions
  • Service restructuring and streamlining to meet local priorities and budget pressures.
